Kassy Schimkaitis is a senior HR executive with experience leading global people strategy within Fortune 50 and high-growth companies across technology, communications, life sciences, consumer goods, education and aerospace.
Her work spans enterprise talent and workforce strategy, organizational and operating model design, and leading culture, leadership and change initiatives along with total rewards and risk governance.
Kassy holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and is Prosci Change Management certified.
