Kassy Schimkaitis is a Chief People Officer and global HR executive who partners with CEOs and executive teams to align talent, culture, and organizational design with business strategy. She leads organizations through growth and transformation, strengthening leadership teams and building cultures that scale. Her experience spans Fortune 50 environments and high-growth companies across technology, communications, life sciences, consumer goods, and aerospace.
She founded Aspen West HR Group as a boutique platform for selective executive and advisory engagements focused on leadership, culture, and organizational design. Her thought leadership on people strategy has been featured by the Society for Human Resource Management, and she is an active voice in the HR executive community as a speaker and panel contributor.
Kassy holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado. She is SPHR- and SHRM-SCP-certified, Prosci Change Management certified, and trained as a 360 executive coach.
